Welcome to the online registration process!
As you get ready to select the Registration Application tab below to start the process, please have any reference documents handy. i.e., previous school contact info, medical documents, etc. Also have ready the documents that will need to be submitted along with your registration(s)
- Proof of student’s age
- Current Proof of Residency
- Parent/Guardian Current Photo Identification
- Custody Agreement and or court orders (if applicable)
For each child that you register you will need to print, complete and provide the additional
documents that are attached to the bottom of the letter on the next screen.
Please call the registrar if you think your child may have already been registered in Cortland
school.
If you child receives services, has an IEP/504, please note this on the registration application.
If you have a current copy of your child’s IEP/504, please provide a copy to us.
